This was a life saver for me, I was in a lot of pain when I first started feeding, these gave me some relief without having to worry about burning myself or freezing cold. They come with little covers too.
    Highly Recommend for soothing effects

Loved these. They really help to soothe your breasts when they feel tender and are easy to use. Really don’t have any complaints for these. They did exactly what they said and they did it perfectly. Would definitely recommend.

These are great, I have them stored and ready to use again just like I did while feeding my first two children.
They really help sore boobs, definitely recommend.
Simple to use and effective, they also helped me when I decided to stop feeding as your boobs can get so sore then.

These were my saviour in the early days of breastfeeding. Can be used hot or cold depending on your needs. Provides instant relief. You can even use them whilst expressing to help with let down as they fit around the funnel of the pump. Only down side for me was I didnt like the feel of the material covers, and also the poppers were quite difficult especially if one handed when you're occupied with babe or pump. Really pleased with them though and definitley recommend to breastfeeding mamas.

Really pleased with these beads. I had my first son and suffered a lot with blocked ducts. I hated using cabbage leaves so this time I bought these beads and they were petfect. They heat up in the microwave (see instructions) quickly and cool down in the freezer. My son had jaundice so I was expressing and over stimmulated and ended up swollen. The heat was perfect for relief before pumping and the cold was perfect to settle down after feeding. Made my breastfeeding journey ao much smoother. A recommended product for comfort and relief.

I ordered these online after a sleepless night due to mastitis sysmptoms, they were quite pricey for what they are.
But basically they are plastic breast pads filled with little gel balls they can be heated in the microwave (but in incraments of 5 seconds which is a little annoying, if you accidently forget to turn it over afte 5 seconds it gets too hot and blows up like a balloon). When hot it eases feeding when breasts are engorged or have blocked milk ducts, i try to use it 10/15 mins before feeding.
Or you can pop it in the freezer and use it after feeding for sore nipples, ive only used it once for this but it did offer some relief.
Overall i would reccommend this product even with the price tag

These are so good when you have sore or engorged breasts and are the only thing I used to ease the pain. They are easy to use and if a loose top is worn they are also fairly discreet.

Great little product for relieving sore breast from engorgment or blocked ducts. I found this really handy for when my little one began sleeping longer at night and I would wake up really sore and engorged. Would recommend.

Starting my breastfeeding journey, I had a hard time with damaged and sore nipples, and a baby with tongue tie so I relied mainly on expressing to feed for the first few weeks. These were one of the best purchases I made! I heat them up first before pumping, stick them in my bra, then fit the pump flange and reposition the heat-pack around it. It makes my breasts softer and more comfortable and seems to increase my milk output. I also used them cold when my breasts were engorged, hard and painful at the start, and it helped soothe them.

Had extremely sore breasts & possibly a blocked duct. Doesn’t warm up as hot as I would like but was enough. Love the cover for them. Really easy to use & can keep them in bra with a top on quite discreetly! Got them on sale in Asda to for £3!!

I am very mixed with this product as in terms of effectiveness the product is fantastic. I bought when I needed relief from mastitis and it helped me break up the blockage to clear the lump. The moment I put the compress against me I felt so much better. It helped me pump most of the blockage out which I had been trying to do for over a day before getting these compresses

The one thing I don’t like is the heating instructions. The instructions they gave barely warmed it at all, so I heated it up a bit longer, checking every few seconds. Very quickly it went from slightly warm to ridiculously hot and blown up like a balloon, please be careful! Whilst I accept this was user error, the instructions mean the compress is barely warm and not very effective without a few extra seconds.

I bought these heat pads when suffering from my first bout of mastitis. They really helped especially when I had a second bout. Believe they would be really useful of the first days as your milk comes in to help with uncomfortable feeling when your milk first comes in.

Product is great and they work well hot or cold and can assist with many problems and offer relief especially it the early days of feeding. I used them cold by freezing to aid engorgement and hot when I had mastitis and they aided my letdown while in pain during this time and eventually helped to ease pain.

I found these a great relief when both feeding and expressing.
I would often apply warm when my milk was still settling down in the early weeks of feeding my son when I was engorged most of the time, and also found that they fit perfectly around my pump and used while expressing to help my milk flow more freely.
They are nice and easy to warm, as well as cool, and their versatility means that we can also use them as a cool pack for any bumps along the way too, even after we finish breastfeeding!

Bought these for some relief of engorged breasts. Used them after feeding for 10 minutes and found them incredibly soothing. They come with 2 covers so you don’t need to worry about covering with a cloth. Very simple product and good value for money. Not an essential but recommend for those in need of a little relief

These pads are a real godsend. I used them cold when my milk came in and then at a later date when I had a couple of blockages I used warm and both times they gave me such relief. I love that they are versatile enough to be used either hot or cold, the separate pockets of gel mean that they shape around your breast perfectly giving a really comfortable fit. I would recommend these to any breastfeeding mum!

I had mastitis and terrible engorged breasts at the beginning of breast feeding my first child. These were bought for me by a friend who'd already been through it all and I was so grateful! They can either be used hot or cold but for me it was definitely better to have them cold from the freezer. They are large and bulky and didn't really feel that comfortable in my bra so I tended just to use them in the bath or lying on the sofa when no visitors were around! They come in neat little covers which are easy to get on and off.
I would definitely recommend this product!

I used these initially when I started Breastfeeding to reduce engorgement. Frozen they offer great relief! I then learned that when used in conjuction with a breast pump warm, they aided in let down. Lastly, when I thought I no longer needed them I found them fantastic for relieving pain when I was ready to stop expressing. Really useful and the cover is easy to take on and off!
