We bought this seat for both sets of grandparents to have in their cars. Pretty simple to set up and take in and out using the seatbelt, although can take a bit of time for it to feel secure. It doesn’t take up too much space in a very small car (Aygo) and our nearly three year old is very happy in it. I like the fact it is extended rear facing.

We bought this seat when my little boy was 5 months old as he’d outgrown his infant carrier. It’s a brilliant seat for parents on a budget, especially as it rear-faces till 18kg. It’s really easy to install. Easy to use. My little boy is happy in it.
My only problems are that as I adjust the straps sometimes they get jammed in the back by catching on something. Which means I have to pull out the car seat to undo the jam and then re-install the seat, and it’s definitely not going to last him till 4 as he’s on the 95th centile for height and weight at 17 months, so will only last until 2. Just something to consider when buying, it may be budget but in the long run you will need to spend more to replace it.

But all in all it’s a fab seat for the cost, I love how safe it is and how strict Joie are with car seat testing and protection.

Overall the product is absolutely great. It’s really good value for money and very safe. For an extended rear facing seat I have found it to be the cheapest on the market. They only downside is the straps quite easily twist and it can be hard to pull the straps tight. Overall I would nightly recommend the car seat.

I've had this car seat now for around a year. I got it for my little boy when he turned 9 months. The car seat can be rear or forward facing and has various different recline positions. My little one must be comfortable in this seat as he has never been fussy in it. It comes with a back support wedge, it must be used up to 6 months of age, after that, it is optional. There is also removable head and a body huggers for as your child grows. All of the covers come off and are washable which I've found to be very handy. The car seat is easy to fit with belt guides.

Great car seat, my mum uses this in her car for when she looks after the little one. I installed it for her which was much easier than my car seat. We’ve had it both tear and forward facing both we’re fine. It’s really easy to get in and out and should last until little one is about 4. Can’t fault it

Really like this car seat, it's really well priced for an extended rear facing seat. I brought it for my mums car for my 16month old and he seems really comfortable. It's easy to install if you watch the video on YouTube - I found the instruction book a little confusing but when I watched the lady do it it was so simple! The only down fall I find is the seat belt gets in the way when trying to get baby out of the car because of the angle it meets the car seat. I found it difficult to use in an older car where the seat belt locked as once it was tight for the journey you couldn't loosen it to get baby out. I brought mine for £74.99 from smyths toy store.

Great car seat at a good price. Easy to fit and use. The straps do seam to get twisted no matter how careful we are and do have to lift her over seat belt to get her in, although once in 1 year old seems comfy in seat. Inserts and padding that is removable as get bigger. Nice colour. I would recommend.

Bought this for my parents car as they didn’t have a car seat. I have the 360 spin car seat so knew I liked the make. This car seat has been brilliant. Very easy to put in the car and take out albeit a little heavy but not too bad. It’s very comfy for my little boy and he loves it. It’s not one of the very expensive car seats so makes it all the more reasonable for a grandparents car. Can’t fault this car seat and the brand.

A budget friendly extended rear facing carseat, can rear face up to 18kgs (around 4 years) which is 5x safer than forward facing. You can't put a price on your child's safety but for us who don't have a massive budget this seat is fantastic. Can be a little uncomfortable on longer journeys but you should be stopping every 1 1/2-2 hours anyways so not a huge issue.

Lovely seat. I bought to go in my mothers car as her car isn't isofix compatible. The seat is easy to use and fit and I like the fact that it rear and forward faces so it will last. My only complaint is the padding around the strap that goes between the legs come off all the time and is difficult to put back on when baby is in the seat. Also there is nowhere to attach the straps when putting baby in so you have to dig around behind and under the baby to pull out the straps. Not a deal breaker but a bit annoying when you're in a rush.

We purchased this seat when my youngest was outgrowing her carry car seat. It’s perfect even when they are tiny as all padding can be removed as they grow, it can rear and forward face! Also it is one of the easiest car seats to attach in your car & just as easy to remove which is a bonus.
My little girl is happy in this as she can see out of the window as well as being reclined for a nap on long journeys.

I bought this car seat when my son outgrew his carry seat. It was perfect for him when he was smaller due to the extra padding. It’s very cosy and now he’s 2 years old we have taken out the lower padding but left the head padding as he sometimes falls asleep in the car on longer journeys. The fact it tilts back is brilliant. I also love how it will last him a while yet. I’m thinking of buying the same for our daughter who is due in March since it can rear face as well as forward face. Fantastic value for money.

My little girl loves it as she's high enough to see out of the windows.
It's great quality and I love the fact it can be read facing up to 4 years.
We have the red option,it looks great, my little one is really comfortable in it.
My only gripe is the straps twist easily but it's easily rectified.

iv had this car seat since my son was 13 months old.. he loves it, its comfortable nicely padded and has 3 recline settings which is great for long journeys and when he falls asleep in the car.. i love the fact it rear faces initially and then you can turn it round and forward face without having to purchase a new car seat.. I found the carseat easy to install and the red clips on the back that keep the seatbelt secure are a great idea.. the car seat is not too bulky or heavy and easy enough to move when needed.. the price is great in comparison to alot of other car seat too..

When my first child was ready to move out of his infant carrier seat we were on a pretty tight budget but wanted a seat that was suitable to rear face for quite a while. We came across the Joie tilt and ordered it. At £69.99 it was comfortably inside our budget and fit perfectly in our car. My son was 7 month old so we didn't use the infant insert at all, but he looked really comfortable and we were happy with the recline position. He stayed in this car seat until he was around 3.5 years after a few months of him finding the crotch strap uncomfortable and complained every journey, it didn't appear tight at all i think it was more because he was aware of it because he was no longer in nappies. During the 3 years we also purchased a second one for our second child, and are getting ready now for our third son to move in to this seat. I have recommended this seat to many friends and family that are in a tight budget but want the most they can get for their money. Absoloute bargain and a brilliant seat.

We bought this after initially going for the joie stages seat which turned out wouldn't fit right in our car (Ford Focus Cmax 2004)
This one fit perfect, was simple to install and was much comfort than the car seat my little had been using - off our Mothercare journey travel system.
We had a few niggles initially regarding the seatbelt getting in the way as we had it in the rear facing position, but we rectified this by placing the seat in the centre seat in the rear so now I get her out if the side that is seatbelt free... much easier.
It's a nice size too.. some are far too big and bulky.. which is fine if you never have adults sit in the back of your car next to the car seat..so this was perfect for us as I have two older children who sit at either side of the seat and still have plenty of room to move about.
The colours are good too.. we went for the dark grey/light grey.. merely cause it suits our car colour scheme.
My only issue at the moment is that now my daughter has reached 18 months.. as soon as I get her strapped into the seat, properly may I add, I've made sure she is in tight and the harness is in the correct place... but literally minutes after clicking her in she manages to pull her arms out, often screaming the car down in the process. Once her arms are free she's twisting round to face the front. I've tried putting it forward facing to see if that stops her but she still does it so I've reverted back to rear facing as I think that's safer positioning for her age anyway. But I'm going to have to order some contraption to try stop her doing it.. but I can't see why car seat companies can't take this.. as so so many children do this. And it's not safe.. so that's my only com with this.. and so many other car seats.
