My little boy loves Ewan. It has a soft glow and 4 different sounds. The sounds last for 20 minutes which is usually about the time it takes him to fall asleep. If he stirs in the night I just click Ewan’s foot and one of the sounds come on, it settles him straight back to sleep. My little boy is still in my bedroom so Ewan has worked for us so far but when he moves into his own room I think we may have to upgrade to the Ewan which comes on by itself when baby starts to make a noise.

This is a lovely little sleep aid. I tried a white noise app before buying this to make sure my son was settled by the sounds. It has 4 sound choices and the belly gives off a warm red glow which is meant to be similar to being in the womb. This definitely helped my son drift off to sleep. I would have liked a cry sensor which I know is now available in the deluxe model. The velcro strap did come off on ours so we've had to tie it round the cot but other than that this is a great product.

Wipe clean proven to be a task with a messy baby. But still a lovely dream sheep!
Heartbeat sounds softly beat in each white noise.
I particularly enjoyed rain and Hoover sound myself haha. It did help baby 3 sleep nicely.baby 4 I learned I could YouTube sounds but the ad's made baby jump fail haha.
Can't beat a snuggly dream sheep and it was worth the money. 5 years nearly and we still have Ewan, wiped clean and used again. Oh the dummy clip is handy too !

My little boy loved it when he had colic it really soothed him and I like how you have different soothing sounds and you can also have it loud or quiet. The little light is cute as well. Just a bit of a pain trying to put it in a safe place in a Moses basket as it doesn't clip onto a Moses basket like it can a cot so had to rest it on the bottom

We bought this based on recommendations from friends who said it had worked miracles at bedtime for their babies but unfortunately it was just a distraction for our son rather than a sleep aid.
It is a lovely, soft well designed toy that we hung from the end of the snuzpod but apart from being attracted by the soft amber glow the sleepy tunes did nothing for our son.
It’s a great quality product, it just didn’t work for us.

I don’t feel this really aided us in anyway. It plays 3 different sounds but only lasts for 20 mins. By the time it starts to be effective the 20mins are up, baby is still awake and not settled. I’d save the pennies with this one and just use a free white noise app.

My children used to love this at bed time until the Velcro began to weaken, they were able to remove the battery pack and take it off of their cots meaning that I became a bedtime game to throw it around the bedroom... not ideal!

This was brilliant when my baby was a newborn helped get him to sleep. It goes through batteries very quickly though. My boy is now nearly 6 months old and all he wants to do is play with it now so we don't have it on at bedtime

One night my LO was refusing to stay settled and would start crying the second I wasn't reassuring him so I decided to try Ewan for the first time. Oh My God! Immediately went to sleep and stayed asleep! I cannot say enough good things about this sheep. We had problems with the light when we first got him so I emailed the company, the sent us the cutest reply and a new fully functioning Ewan. He is a life saviour and gets used practically nightly in our house just now as LO will often wake and take forever to go back to sleep without him.

Life saver! Baby loves this at night attached to Moses basket in our room. The different settings means you can play slightly different sounds and mix it up a little. Goes off by itself after a certain time to save batteries, however sometimes baby hasn’t settled by then so have to get up and switch it back on. Only down side is that it seems to go through batteries quickly, tried different brands of batteries each time

I bought this product a little late, so was a bit hit and miss on working. However If used from more or less birth, baby adapts well to it and soothe as my nephew loves it.
I like that you can choose to have the light on or off and 4 different sounds.
Shame it doesn’t last longer than than 20min as some other similar products last longer. I would recommend people try the white nice sounds on their baby before they buy as quite expensive if doesn’t work. But if it does, it’s nice to have the product and not use your battery on your phone constantly

My 21 month old daughter calls Ewan 'baa' and would not be without him now. He really is her little comfort and helps her to drop back off if she wakes during the night. I didn't find that Baa worked so well when she was a younger baby but it definitely does the trick now. He even sends me to sleep sometimes! I've heard that the newer versions are now washable which is definitely a positive. I also kind of wish I could have a little remote to turn Baa on without going into the room but that's just me being lazy! Overall a great, comforting product.

This was the only 'sleeping aid' that actually worked for us.
The combination of water sounds (our preference) and the glowing red light seems to really help him fall asleep.
Also has a very secure velcro strap to attach to cot.
Shame it doesn't last for 20 minutes, which is the only downside.

      Doesn’t last long enough.

    • Design
Doesn’t seem to last very long I think it about 15 minutes and not every baby goes to sleep after that, so when it stops can make more of a disturbance and it doesn’t actually have an on/off buttton and the sound part it inside sheep so the sound quality isn’t the best. It’s also only held with Velcro.

We have two Ewan’s sheeps one for at home and one take take out and about with us, I love the little red glow on its tummy as for when we out in car at night it’s nice to see my baby girl with out putting light in car on, Ewan has helped my baby girl sleep and now she’s a little older she loves to hold and play with it, I’d definitely recommend this as a gift for new babies it’s the best sleep aid and we do have lots of different ones

I love Ewan, my daughter still has hers (now 3) often doesn't need the noise/lullaby on now. When she moved from our room to her own as a baby my husband desperately wanted his own Ewan! Haha. We have another baby on the way and now I will buy a deluxe Ewan with its own cry sensor (which can be turned off).

We received this as a present and we absolutely love it. It glows red, just like everything they see in the womb. It also plays relaxing harp music, heartbeat and white noise type sounds. You can set the length they play for and the volume.
I don't know if it's the music itself or our baby's association of it with sleeping now that we've used it for a few weeks but it definitely helps settle him off to sleep when he's still stirring a bit.
I love the cute design and I'd say the only negative is that it's a bit big to hang over his cot, but that's if we're really trying to find something wrong with it.
    Definitely worth a try.
