Ewan has helped my little boy settle when I put him into his crib. There is a choice of 4 different sounds and a light. He can be loud or quiet, and the light can be on or off. There is a Velcro strap so he can be attached for on the move or on the crib bars. A couple of bad point would be that you’re unable to wash him, so when we go out and take him, we have to make sure he stays clean. And the length the noises play for should be longer as baby isn’t always settled when it switches off.

My daughter used this since she was born and it’s worth every penny. It’s very to use and can also light up. The sounds are very soothing and helped my daughter to self soothe. Has elastic to attach to side of cot etc so is very safe. I did purchase a my hummy however Ewan the sheep is so much value for money compared. Great product.

I purchased Ewan when my LO was around 4 months old. He didn't have trouble sleeping, I just thought it would be comforting for him to have in his cot if he woke up in the night. It was a brilliant purchase because he loved it! The only thing was he liked to chew on his legs! I was hand washing it regularly but because it wasn't machine washable I seemed unhygienic & then eventually the buttons stopped working because water/saliva had gotten into them. However, I got a 1 yr warranty & a week later a new one arrived, unfortunately, the same thing happened! Don't be put off because this is a great little sleep aid!
There are 4 different sounds, LO loved the heartbeat mixed with white noise & a red light would also turn on. You can change the settings where it's just the noise or just the light & you can also adjust the level of sound. It's very plush & soft too. I wish my LO didn't chew it!

We got this as a gift recently and I was sceptical at first however it is amazing. We have been having sleeping troubles with one of the little ones and thought to test it out on him to see of what people were saying was correct and oh my gosh I wish I had got one sooner. I will be investing in another one for sure when my next little one goes into his own room. Amazing product.

Ewan is very loved by us, we used him since the first day we brought baby home. The sounds are so soothing and he is soft and cuddly for baby to play with. With the tail being able to attached anywhere, it's easy moving ewan around.

Bought this before my baby was born. Was perfect when he was a newborn to settle him in his Moses basket. It’s now tied to his cot but could do with playing a bit longer as he usually isn’t quite settled before it needs pressing again or the batteries die! Velcro strap is handy for keeping it in place, and he isn’t yet able to pull it off so quite safe. Could do with being machine washable too!

This was great when my little girl was newborn, kept her calm during nappy changes and helped settle at night. Now she's older it's used for routine but the battery life is shocking and we don't bother to change them very often just leaving it in her bed as a comfort toy rather than something that makes soothing sounds.

We purchased a Ewan when my son was just under 3 months and he did help with the soothing at bedtime but his battery life was horrendous you had to keep pressing him on every 20 minutes until tiny was asleep his cream woollen material seemed to a magnet for fluff etc and with a little one can be a bit unhygienic as it cannot be machine washed. For the price i don't think its worth it we ended up Bunning him before my son was 6 months old and using white noise on our phones instead which was 100 times better I would not recommend Ewan the sheep definitely not for £30.

I think this is a really lovely product, it did help my new borns drift off to sleep, although only lasted for about 15-20 minutes. It is a really cute addition to any nursery.

I found Ewan helpful when trying to get my newborn to sleep. He didn’t like silence (as many newborns don’t) and the various sounds helped him to drift off. The Velcro gave me peace of mind that it would stay put and meant we could also use it when out and about with the pram. The nightlight provided a bit of a hypnotic effect too which sent my little boy into a sleepy trance! Now he is older although he doesn’t need the sounds my little boy still plays with Ewan. The only disadvantage is the sounds only last for 20 minutes which isn’t always long enough. A sensor would be great to start automatically when baby starts to stir (although I believe they are introducing this with the new design!)

My little one lived this from day one. Now at 1 years old he still lives in her cot although we do not need him to soothe her to sleep. That said we still do take him with us when we spend the night away from Home! The only downside if that there is no motion sensor for when baby cries at night and it cannot be washed.

We used Ewan from birth, although didn’t get the desired effect until my daughter was about 6 months old - but since then it has been a very important part of her sleep routine. Once she hears Ewan she instantly settles back down to sleep. One of our best purchases. It’s a shame it isn’t motion sensor!

We love our ewan, my little girl loves it and i wouldn't get sleep without it. I love the simple yet cute design. It is a bit pricey but i would say it is worth it. The only downside would be that it is on a timer of 20 minutes.

We were bought this as a gift when baby was born, we used it on my bed frame from birth and used it as a night light and soother when baby woke for feeds . Baby is now 10 months and we still use it to help him self soothe to sleep. The music setting is a bit weird but the white noise sounds are great. I like how you can choose the volume and wether you want the light on or off. Really made the most of this.

Me and my daughter both love this product! When we first used him my daughter stared at the nightlight with a soothing heartbeat sound playing to her, she was so relaxed she fell straight to sleep!! I love the fact he looks appealing too and is perfect for either gender. The fact I have 4 options of what noise I can play is also a big positive, white noise and the heart beat is our personal favourites. 25 minutes is the perfect amount of time to lull your baby to sleep or at least make them very relaxed! It is also ideal that his tail can be used to position him in the perfect place. I would definitely recommend this to other parents! (Price is more than worth it for what you get!).

This is a brilliant buy, I got it when i was 6 months pregnant slept with it to get my smell on it and so baby could listen to it in my tummy....
It is now a familiar sound and smell to her that it settles her instantly and sets her off to sleep at bedtime instantly.
    100% recommend.

Ewan the sheep, is a great all rounder sleep aid, the highlights of it being that you can take it anywhere with you - in the cot, Moses basket, car, pram, my son loves it, he especially loves the heartbeat setting which helps settle him to sleep, it’s pricey but if your child responds to white noise then this is definitely a product for you! The only disadvantages are that you can’t wash it and the noise only plays for 20 minutes! But all in all this is brilliant !

There's so many similar products on the market and this is one of the more expensive ones. My son loves white noise and it works miracles but we didn't get on with this. The sound isn't particularly loud and only plays for 20 minutes at a time so my son would wake up not long after it stopped. I ended up downloading a white noise app on an iPad and I play that continuously through the night which works much better.

We were recommended getting Ewan the Sheep by lots of family members and friends, so as soon as our baby was here and struggled to settle at night, we went out and bought him. The sheep is soft and cuddly meaning it is safe to leave with the baby without any worry. The womb-like sounds instantly relax and soothe my little boy. I think it would be better if there were a range of different sounds to give the parents and child a choice. The Velcro tail makes it easy to attach the sheep to anything - pushchair, car seat, or cot. The only downside would be that it uses a lot of batteries!

This is a lovely idea and I know some parents swear by Ewan, but sadly white noise doesn’t help my baby to settle (although the only thing that does seem to work is bouncing on a ball or breastfeeding!).
However, I’ve still rated it highly as I think it’s a good product, and not the manufacturer’s fault it doesn’t work for my daughter!
The only down side is it switches off after quite a short time (around 20 minutes) and the batteries don’t seem to last long.

Wish that there was a setting for longer than 20 minutes but nevertheless, I'd definitely recommend this product. Helped me get to sleep let alone my son! Good value for money, though I suggest using rechargeable batteries.

Was given the Ewan sheep as a gift when I had my daughter, for the first 2 months she really wasn’t interested in the noises of the sheep, but has now become a staple to her sleep routine. I love the fact the sheep tails had a velcro strap so can easily fit to the cot and easy to find to set it off again if she wakes. It has a feature to have it louder/quieter and you can turn the light on or off. The only downside is the noise stops after a certain time, it needs to be automated to come back on if a baby makes a noise, currently I’m waking up to turn the sheep back on every 30-45 minutes n the early hours of the morning when my daughter stirs.

Ewan has been so helpful for our baby boy, he been with him every night since we came home from the hospital, my son doesn't go to sleep till I've turned ewan on. He's so fantastic I brought a second one in purple to have at nanny and grandads house for when my son is there. When we first came home from the hospital I found of my son was fussing when I out him in his moses basket as soon as I turned ewan onto the heartbeat sound he instantly calmed, ewan has been on every sleep and nap since. We love ewan and couldn't be without him.

This product is great for comforting babies to sleep and a lot of parents find Ewan really helps them to settle at night. Personally I would like there to be a volume option as my baby loves the sound of white noise but Ewan was just too quiet for him to settle with.
